Turn your back to negativity

As a culture we are prone to focus on the negatives rather than the positives of a situation.
If someone insults you or makes you upset, you are more likely to remember this amd keep reliving that moment, instead of remembering the complements you recieved all day. This way of thinking is actually damaging your health.

Always looking at the dark side of situations actually hinders our ability to see any silver lining, and also prevents us from taking lessons away from hardships.
The word "positive" stems from the Latin word for "to set up" or "to build." The difference between a negative and a positive person is that one focuses on what was taken away, what could or did happen to ruin or destroy something, while the positive focuses on moving forward, growth and building a happier future.

This is a period of transformation for those who are ready. In order to  become the best version of yourself, this time will require you to recognize and remove any and all toxic forms of negativity and low vibrational people, situations, habits and whatever else applies from your life in order to reach your true potential.

3 steps to turn your back on negativity and head in a positive  direction:
1. Address source of negativity~ "why do I feel this way?" This helps you gain clarity of self.
2. Be mindful of the company you keep. Friends & family should life you up, not bring down.
3. Do what makes you happy smile.
