Living life right now

Living life right now....

As I sit outside admiring the masterpiece before my very eyes I am reminded in this moment to appreciate the now.

Not trying to multi~task, not thinking about what I could or should be doing, but  rather taking the time to breathe and enjoy this magnificent sight before me.

No matter how you day went, there is always something to be grateful for. When we are preoccupied with constant thoughts or worries of our future or past, it tends to take away from us fully enjoying our lives in the present.

Life is a gift, YOUR life is a gift. Take the time to enjoy it as you should.
